2000 NATSC Preparatory Council Meeting

  1. Language Policy: The conference fully  respects the presentors' language preferences for presenting their papers. Presentors may  choose among English, Mandarin, and Taiwanese for the most effective communication of  their papers.
  2. Presentation Format: Every paper is assigned a 30 minutes  long time slot. The standard format includes 1 minute introduction by the panel presider,  12 minutes presentation by the paper presenter, 4 minutes comment by the discussant, 10  minutes free discussion by every conference participants, and 3 minutes answer by the  paper presenter.
